3. Account Registration

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.3 One Account Per User

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle unless otherwise specified.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increases. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance.

4.5 Free Trial

Free trial periods may be offered at our discretion. At the end of the trial, you will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.

6. Google Services Integration

Your use of Google services through our platform is also subject to Google's Terms of Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by DigiRank Expert and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.3 Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools (blog posts, meta descriptions, etc.) is provided to you for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring it meets your needs and complies with applicable laws.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.2 No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee specific SEO results, search rankings, traffic increases, or business outcomes. Results may vary based on numerous factors outside our control.

8.3 Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIGIRANK EXPERT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DigiRank Expert from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

11.3 Effect of Termination
